The best part of my experience as the Co-chair for the Convention Centre Greeters is hard to choose! I’ve loved getting to spend time with my service sponsor at all the quarterlies and assemblies, who is also co-chair of the international welcome committee, helping people sign up, asking and answering hundreds of questions, meeting so many other service junkies like myself, and speaking the language of the heart. As well as the quarterlies and assemblies, I’ve also had the pleasure of bringing a trifold to a few round ups and connecting with other members of the core committee who inspire me and have helped fill my spiritual cup.  It is such a joy to be able to use my “millennial superpowers” for good as everyone acclimatizes to the tech of it all. I also really enjoyed the volunteer kick off and all the wonderful people I met who came and added a leaf to our gratitude tree. This whole journey has been a blessing, and I cannot wait to welcome everyone in July. It will be my first convention and I know I can’t even imagine what it will really be like.
Thank you for inviting me to be of service, thank you for my sobriety, thank you for my life.
